As this Royal Geographical Society show at Guildford House so poignantly reveals, images of the most intense human comradeship are seen played out against an icy landscape of the most astounding natural beauty. Not to be missed. NU Herbert Ponting, ‘Captain Scott’ 13 April 1911 from With Scott to the Pole Exhibition. ©RGS
