In remote Provencal and Oxfordshire landscapes this is a comparatively straight- forward business but for the sequence ofLondon Bridges included in her latest show ( Gallery in Cork Street ) the hordes ofwatching bystanders proved a distinct problem. Not that it shows in these boldly constructed and richly coloured works, full of affectionate feeling for a London she has known, and painted since being a Chelsea student in the late 50s.
