8 GALLERIES @ AFFORDABLE ART FAIR – BRISTOL When you have found a good, uncomplicated formula for a highly successful art fair, the first thing to do, or change, is, quite simply, very little! Thus the only discernible alteration we can see to this, the eleventh successive Bristol Affordable Art Fair, is that they have raised the long- standing upper price limitation from £3,000 to £4,000. Otherwise it’s all the now well-established fun of the fair that has made this event in the Temple Meads Passenger Shed such a fixed element in the Bristolian art-scene – notably the printmaking workshops for any age and activity packs for children (4-11 year-olds). For those there just wanting to buy art there is, as ever, plenty to choose from – 55 galleries in all this year.
