In July I may have inadvertently given a misleading impression of the exhibition policy pursued by Pat andLynsey Adams, new owners of Axminster’s Marle Gallery . Although I wrote about their summer show consisting of mostly young-ish graduate artists, Brenda Hartill and Neil Canning are of course not in this category and nor, I understand, would painter Sylvia Paul, printmaker (not painter) Vicky Oldfield and ceramicists Francoise DafoyardandLaurel Keeley see themselves in this way either. My apologies. NU
