The current show, his seventh venture there, is of Mike McInnerney’s vivid gouache paintings of trees, 22 of them on one spectacularly green wall, most of them painted on single sittings in various woods in West London. I say mostly because two of them are, in fact, of Cornwall where Hamer first saw McInnerney’s work, at Kestle Barton. A neat circularity there too . . . NU THUMB nails
