Their big exhibition this autumn is a sculpture trail entitled 'Human Nature', organised by nearby (Stroud) Gallery Pangolin and featuring the work of some ten 20th century and contemporary sculptors. Ranging from such major figures as Lynn Chadwick, William Tucker and Ralph Brown and, up to more recent times, Jon Buck and Terence Coventry, the ten pieces on show are intended, as the organisers put it, to “highlight the natural virtues and ways of thinking, feeling and being which are universal to all mankind.” This seems especially appropriate to this particular venue somehow.
